2 tbsp Butter
1 Cup Chopped Onions
2 tsp Ginger
Melt butter and sautee onions and ginger for 5 min
Add:
1 tsp Tumeric
1tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Mix for another five min on med heat
Add:
1 can Diced Tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
mix and let simmer 10 min
Add:
1 Rotisserie Chicken, well the chicken is still warm, use a fork to shred all of the chicken off of the bone and mix into the tomato mixture. Let simmer for five min
Add:
1/3 cup Light Cream
1/4 cup plain yogurt of sour cream
Before you serve it mix in a couple handfulls of cilantro or serve on top if you have people who don’t like cilantro!
Serve hot over a bed of rice with a side of Naan Bread! This recipe is SO good and easy! It took me about 20 min today!
